Invernaia is Casali’s new line of still wines, dedicated to the value of the Reggio Emilia terroir.
The name refers to the slow winter evolution in the cellar, which allows for the production of selective wines in limited quantities.
Their fragrance, freshness, and subtle minerality make them perfect for contemporary cuisine, as a new expression of Casali’s identity.
