Colle Ventoso Spergola

White Dry Frizzante Wine

Colle Ventoso is located in the hills above Scandiano, a cru of choice for Spergola and Grasparossa.
The constant wind and unique microclimate allow for slow ripening, giving the wine savoriness, intense structure, and an elegant mineral soul.
